Jesus dude, this argument is so flawed I don't even know where to begin. Just actually play OH in 1v1, you'll see. Lets say 20 games. I am serious here, this tends to cure people of such misconceptions drastically. More practice less theory.

1 v 1 on some maps Ostheer struggle completely and yes it is an uphill battle vs USF, kinda like USF vs OKW battles. But besides the point, Wehr is playable and not "rubbish" in 2 v 2+s games.
