Rangers have got to be reduced to 9 pop

10 pop is just too much for any infantry unit and Rangers really aren't so good they need to have a higher pop than Fallschrimjagers, Paratroopers or Obersoldaten. I can't think of another unit with a pop count so high. I know it's USF and we hate giving them buffs but still.

5 man squads aren't really a privilege for USF you know.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Obersoldaten and Fallschirmjager are both 4 man squads, and those were his chosen comparisons. If they were 5 men, they would be 11-12 popcap.

That's wrong. IIRC all models on infantry squads should be 1 pop each, while the squad as a whole has a different popcap value.
Ex: An Ober squad with only 1 model occupies 6 popcap.

If usf got a nuke that destroys the enemy base and units from fully teching like okw gets a KT he would complain that it forces 3 officers on you first. I don't put much weight behind any of the his claims

You should probably not cut me off essentially putting words in my mouth. I said Rangers aren't so good that they need to be 10 pop. Shocks are a 6 man unit and 9 pop, so are Paratroopers and Commandos (which are also a 5 man unit like Rangers).

Is there not endless bitching and moaning about USF now that they improved Riflemen? Then they nerfed the M20 for no reason lol.

On paper I would agree but when you realize USF can still popcap abuse with vehicle crews it's really not the end of the world.

They nerfed the M20 because it was reportedly too powerful in high level play.
As for Rangers being 10 pop, sure, they could be 9. It'd make very little difference.
