The British American vehicles cant be war-speed'ed, nor can they become Command vehicles.
The unit type needs to be updated to be Brit_Vehicle
This is for the M10 & M5 HT

I guess Relic will never fix PanzerFusserlier G43 and PanzerSchreck upgrade……now when Fusserlier squad upgrade 2x Panzer Schreck and lost one of them,will unlock G43 upgrade and——lock out Schreck upgrade……

Sturm Offizer does not actually gained shared veterancy. Can be seen in the editor.
Imo officers with combat orientation and good DPS should not benefit from shared veterancy. That should be reserved for support units. (one could add veterancy for medic ambulance and both versions of Opel)

Most officer do at the moment. Although Jager is not really an officer since it has very limited abilities.

They are meant to not have access to War Speed because they have overdrive abilities.
Command Vehicle isn't in the same commander so I'm not sure why they'd need that? For mods?

The population cap error is a false error. The problem is that the requirement is accidentally set to 10 CPs instead of 9 CPs. You can call it in once you reach 10 CPs. Thanks for the report anyway, it should be fixed soon.
