5cp for M8 is too late

5cp timing is too late for light vehicle

The timing of first medium tank is late 4cp ~ 6cp

sherman and M8, what do you want to make? absolutely sherman

Puma have long range and most strongest vehicle in the coh2 light vehicles

Even he can fight with medium tank with some skill and control

but M8 have low canon dmg and dont have long range likes puma

0vet light vehicle in 5cp timing is just useless shit and will no one use it


suggestion

M8 cannon 40->60

5cp -> 4cp

Future changes that are on-going with USF teching, mainly regarding CP gain, should help with the M8's arrival. Its main role, though, is to tackle infantry and constantly provide LOS.

Yeah Greyhound comes way too late. And it feels even more useless with the USF revamp mod, just no need for it when you have all these stock tools available.

Not sure, he may still have a role if you don't upgrade your tiers to unlock Lvs

Should usf really get CP for teching up? I mean Ost and Soviet have to reduce map control to doing it but usf actually gets free map control for doing it....

In team games M8 is very good, especially late game when everyone is running around and you need something to quickly deal with infantry or team weapons.

in 1v1 I haven't used them much.

I think taking GH to 4 CP would be nice. GH bears low threat to LVs because it has low damage (tested it against 222 and GH won with around 10-15% HP).

Canister shot should be made better vs blobs, think old CoH1 stuart vs PE blobs. Possibly make it a skillshot if it proves too powerful like HVAP or tulip.

a fragile but powerful blob punisher with recon lategame would still be useful at 5cp+

It obliterated PE blobs, but did little to Wehr blobs.

100 vs 55hp entities.

The changes with the 1/2 cp seems to help a fair amount but I wonder if 4 cp might give it a bigger window.

I wonder if 4 cp and the increased cp from tech it might be a bit too much and the window might be too big, especially in 1v1 it might lead to troubles the current ostheer puma comes around 5 cp and isn't as harmful in terms of its anti infantry performance. (bear in mind that the ostheer puma will come later when it gets tied to the battlephase 2).

Keep in mind that Greyhound take no damage from small arms fire.

Instead of trying to find a place for it in CP make it an upgrade for m20 requiring some tech.

That would also help M20 to lose some of its shock value since it will be able to transfer to light vehicle stage.

Oh God, I remember wiping 3~4 squads in a single shot with that thing. Good times...
