Just please bare in mind that since this patch was under official direction of Relic we were very limited and only able go make changes along the specific scopes of Light Tanks/Vehicles, Squad Formations & Clumping, USF Mortar, Penals & Guards, and Wehrmacht Infantry Scaling.So please leave feedback to specifically those changes and not about all the other priority issues that need changing too.
Yes there's so many more issues that need fixing, and this patch will have some consequences of its own, but it's certainly a huge step forward. If this patch goes well as all is smooth, we might be able to do more of these down the line.
Most of the changes are really good. Penals got a insane amount of nerf that surely wasn't needed. They needed it, but not this much. Pz4 +10/20 penetration would make it better vs tanks, most tanks are just shitting on it. Mainly the OP Cromwell, which is cheaper and better.
Honestly, dunno. It is great that they nerfed ptrc damage but why they increased guards cost? Penals are nerfed - good, flamethrower was too op, but why they nerfed thier rifels? Why they touched sniper invisability, but didnt nerf pupchen and other shit? Mortar and stuart nerfs - good, but why they nerfed m20? It was okay. Pioneer damade buff? What? Why? It is better to nerf thier cost. Aek nerf? Why? There are a lot of disputable changes which needs to be tested
-50% damage reduction on the m15s gun seems like a bit much. I'll have to test it, but for such a fragile unit it seems like it would make it far too weak, and it was already a risky choice. The nerf to the m20s guns also seems kind of unnecessary.
LUL really nerf soviet mortars like all another with his reload time ?
About quad, he have poor start speed, so its stats looks not good for him. Really i can undestand why its get nerf, its not quad from summer 2014, lose him now are more easy.
Really, ostheer pio buff ? What about soviet pio ? Just whanna look to eyes person who think, that ostheer pio are weak, but soviet pio are fine OpieOP.
@The AEC also suffered from extremely low armour causing it to be destroyed by S Mines and HMG teams too easily.@ Realy ? What you can say about t-70 that have lower numbers and die faster then AEK from S mines and MG lazers ?
So fusi popcap are fine ?

No changes for OKW flayers from com panther doc ?
At least nerf 1919 and penals.
No lolotovs buff ?
At least buff maxims .

All the bugfixes, utility changes and general no-brainer stuff are excellent, well done. Most balance changes also look great, hopefully the mod gets tested enough and they are fine-tuned if necessary.
I actually think this is a pretty crummy patch. Some of these nerfs are questionable, but I think a lot are good too.
The worse thing to me though is that almost no underused units or abilities were buffed. only the thing that was buffed was the M3 call-in, but no one is going to use that because assault engis still suck.
Less so with the guards and penals accuracy nerfs. The late game infantry combat already favors the Axis side and this will further tip the scales.
The OKW and Brits to some extent have a powercreep issue around their heavier tanks that hasn't been addressed. There's just no reason not to ever get a KT or Comets late game and no real way to adapt to counter them (on most maps).

Rakketen a unit that already perform inconstant is weakened tremendously. It needs to be reworked.
1) fix the retreat circle
2) Increase range to 60 when in garrison
3) Reduce the time before shooting so it can not be circle strafed when in garrison without firing.
4) give 360 firing when in trench or bunker
