Relic's original OKW design was absolutely terrible and so a few months ago they were persuaded to change it. Unfortunately, Relic has no actual idea how to fix the faction and lacks the money required to do a full overhaul, and so we've been left with a lackadaisical band-aid solution that makes no sense from an actual design perspective. Long story shirt, OKW is a broken faction and, unless Relic/Sega invests serious cash into creating new art assets (uh, don't count on it), will always be.
Meanwhile Relic's patch team is either badly underfunded or completely incompetent or a combination of the two. I mean, I'm glad we're getting patches and at least some support when there could be nothing at all, but Relic's track record for releasing buggy patches is frankly embarrassing.
Other gripe is that the Soviets and Ostheer have basically been forgotten and are now suffering from dated faction designs.

Do the .50 cal buffs effect fighting positions and tank mounted ones?

That affects specifically .50 cal HMG unit and nothing else, that is quite clear in the notes.

It was a fail patch, where every Katyusha rocket was like a mini demo charge, that was not good, that was an horrible week
So it wasn't bonus damage from unit A against unit B. I agree that was horrible but right now katusha barrage isn't worth to spend it on okw truck, because even at half range katusha have not enough accuracy and 50% of rockets and more just won't hit target.

Im after few OKW games and it feels really, really awesome.
STGs Volks are very useful in terms of AI.
No more ultimate Volks blob with insta retreat.
Combined arms. You have to keep your light vehicles or raketen close to volks.
Plenty of new strats.
Really good changes.

Sure bro when my Kathy outrun Ambulance.
When will USF Mortar gets fixed, currently it's like old 120mm mortar it wipes like crazy.
Also upgraded Volks can't pick up weapons, is this intentional? Also loves Lefh + Flak HQ, OKW actually got enough MP to use Lefh when they have the chance, but also why it doesn't have 5 vet?

Judging from Miragefla's mod I think this is intentional.
However, I don't see the harm in Volksgrenadiers being able to pick up pilfered weapons; PPSh cons (with broken vet) can do it just fine. Why shouldn't Volks?
Even if an STG Volk squad can pick up a schreck, the weapon-pinata effect will kick in, and they will probably lose it very fast.

Only games i win this patch are if usf are not present.If USF present more or less autoloss for axis.
Until the mortar bugs are fixed I don't see why you are posting this, we all know.
USF is getting a mortar it should have no earlier than 8 minutes in the game at 0:00.

The ostheer mortar was ninja nerfed?it barely can hit an mg or even supresed infantry.I couldn't make an ostheer mortar vet3 since this patch
Maybe relic messed up and switched OST mortar stats to USF mortar. I feel like that's how USF mortar is supposed to perform. Now you know what USF mortar will feel like in the future
