We've always tried to respect Relic's NDAs, even if we haven't really believed in them and how they are used. Doing so has often caused us and our moderators tons of grief. :(

Rest assured that only minimal effort is beeing put into fixing the warspoils system.

We have a zero tolerance policy for blatant NDA breaches. Stuff found in patch files and already out in the open is acceptable.

Again, one cannot breach what one did not bind himself to.

I get what the policy is, but the wording MUST be clarified: Any information that would be under NDA for someone in the Warspoils Alpha is strictly prohibited, won't be tolerated, etc.

That way, people wont make the understandable mistake of interpreting the (flawed) wording correctly.

could you elaborate what you mean by that? thnx

Since the official forums are closed I cannot link you to it, but when they asked for warspoils fixes one of the most discussed components was the disgust of large amounts of time (aka farming required) to get drops of importance. This has also lead to a number of problems with an apparent P2W model, where players simply pay to access better stuff because waiting is unacceptable. Assuming that they heard this feedback the interest in fixing farming must be at the top of the list.

Eliminating farming is good for the consumer only insofar as it may make the bulletins and commanders we demand more readily accessible through playtime and effort.

..or you have to buy ingame-currency like it is in other f2p games, to avoid the frustrating farming process.

If stacking is no longer, then I don't see why they just don't get rid of it than. Considering I will never see what 2% harder to hit or 5% faster building time does in gameplay... they are only worth it if you stack them imo...

no more bulletin stack
Really? If that´s true, that sucks. It was fun collecting triple bulletins. And it was fun stacking them and making them somewhat effective. At some point it kept me playing. Hope this is not true.

The cost decrease ones can be a little unfair when stacked.
