People treat OKW and his units like they're regular Wehr units. To beat OKW, you NEED to push 'em hard, NEVER EVER give OKW player a break. And, of course, compensate quality with numbers. You CAN'T 1V1 OKW units (Especialy elite units). If he builds a panther, you need 3 t-34's. If he buils Obers, build 2 shocks/Guards. Drag his manpower and won't we able to reinforce his units (Obers cost 50mp to reinforce per model). It's hard, yes, but there's nothing more gratificant than a scuad of shock troopers waiting for retreating OKW units at his medtruck.

I dont' understand why Relic set data Ober MG34 ROF like MG42 but do Twice DamageLOL, I remember fighting that guy a lot in the Flakturm. Either you shoot him in the back of his head or shoot his eye with a sniper rifle. That guy takes two rockets like a pro.

relic has proven to think otherwise. And rightfully so seeing as 1v1 is the third most played mode. 1v1 is used for balancing the base of the game but other modes are put into consideration.

OKW Economy
The previous increase in munition rate for the OKW significantly increased their potency within 3v3 and 4v4 environments to a point where it became problematic. This compounded a number of issues which resulted in the faction significantly over performing relative to its counter parts. Until we are better able to identify and resolve those compounding factors, we are going to revert the munition change to a lower value.

What if obers had an assault oriented role? Giving them 4xMP44 and no upgrade (besides the doctrinal) they would be like Knight Cross Holders. That would solve the Long range problem, and they would still mantain their deadliness in close-mid quarters.
