Played the patch, happy with it.
Though it's so hard to get a tactic or playstyle right when this game is changing every month.

Nope. I don't know why they didn't add them to automatch. A system similar to CS:Go would be perfekt. New maps every couple of weeks, put them in automatch and keep the best ones permanently.

Let me know if anyone else has experienced this since the patch.
I've only played one game since the patch but I noticed a couple of times when retreating maxiums and mortars that if they were under heavy fire they would stop retreating .. the little exclamation point over them disappeared and they stopped in the direction they were running just standing there for the slaughter.

Ive only played like one game too, but I have noticed some retreat bugs.

Yeah Cons seem very easy to gun down now, I tried the new tank hunters doctrine in a 2v2 and they were dropping like flies even before getting into a close enough range to start doing damage.

StrumTiger can now shoot through everything.
Dear god this thing will become the Grim Reaper in Stalingrad and Kholodny. I shudder to think what it will do in the Forest map.

They didn't just add it, they made it replace Hold Fire completely, which is retarded.

I guess we'll see quite a few people trying out the new Ost commander, I sure did, but once people realise just how weak they are now (and how crappy the new commander is) I reckon the Ost player base will take a very serious hit.

Cuz there real power were riflemen. They nerfed them. American transport and tanks were weak but powerful, u need very good micro for fighting against heavy german tanks. They must buffed American tanks, but they nerfed it to crap.

I haven't found any Ostheer players since this patch and I have no idea why since they got tons of buffs while OKW got some nerfs.

I was fearful that US was going to be really bad after this patch, but after actually playing, I still feel like they're quite strong until late game since OKW got nerfed as well. Can't say how they fare against Ostheer since nobody is playing them. :S

I still play OH and still prefer them over OKW.

Same goes for Soviet and US tbh.

Ostheer received several minor buffs for its T4 and units like Pgrens/Osttruppen none of which address its fundamental problems at all. One of these problems is that US utterly dominates Ostheer in the early/midgame because of general infantry superiority and early vehicles.
Ostheer also received a de facto major nerf to its mainstay infantry unit, and that alone actually weakens it considerably relative to the other factions.
