The Brit Sniper is absolutely incredible. He is way more durable than the Ost sniper, and does th most damage per shot of any unit in the game I think.
Why don't you play OKW alittle, then tell me how they need to lose fuel conversion and have more expensive HQs. It very much seems like an Allied biased perspective. Also, "buying all officers, like how it's supposed to be played" is blatantly false. USF are supposed to be able to skip tiers and still be effective. A major part of the meta has been to skip lieutenant. USF are actually more effective at skipping a tier than Wehrmacht and Soviets, and arguably the OKW as well.

When the support armor building is built the say medium armor and rocket artillery is now available. Just add the panzerwerfer to tier 3. Maybe put the Ostwind in teir 4, or even the Tiger or Elefant, as in the original beta, hardly anyone uses Elefants outside team games anyway, and it would give people a reason to actually go tier 4 outside the panther, which is atm the only reason to go tier 4.
A new Soviet Army based on Kursk would upset everyone, because that's already the time period of the current Soviet Army. If there's another Soviet, people are going to demand 1945 Soviets.
Not a new army, a new singleplayer Theater of War, like Case Blue or Victory at Stalingrad. They kinda abandoned the Eastern Front since the WFA, and with brits, the should finish the TOW series with Kursk, Operation Bagration, and finally Berlin.
