Thread: Soviet is 2OP and the end.7 Jul 2014, 21:45 PM 1 thing I do agree with this guy is the T34/85mm is good in 1vs1: It's better to fight and wait until it come out then go tier 3 or 4 . But no, Russian is ok same as every other faction. In fact, I feel safe as OKW whenever I play 1vs1 and my enemy is Russian . To the guy on top of me: Unless enemy spam too much M3 like the molo guy, I think the OKW AT gun do the job fine. Just need to keep moving it with you I guess. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Any luck with German Halftrack? 7 Jul 2014, 19:46 PM The OKW AT Gun is fine, just put it in the damn house or use 2 of them together. About the Flak halftrack: I never use it. I rather rush puma and then go tier 4 to get Ober squads. Unless they remove the set up thing then this vehicles is just asking AT gun to kill it and later in game they ... don't work really that well consider that enemy will have tanks. in the other hands, rushing for a Puma will keep you safe from any vehicles and when Ober come out you don't have to worry about anything ! But so yeah, Flak halftrack is a no no for me. Same thing for Kuberwagen. if I'm gonna spend my manpower on something then it's better to be useful for the whole game. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: does hand held AT need a slight buff in damage?7 Jul 2014, 16:40 PM I can get a Puma out around the same time AA halftrack come out so I actually happy to see them cause I know they just waste some fuels for it . As OKW, AA halftrack/ M3/ stuart never a problem for me. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: How to get enemies out of buildings as US?7 Jul 2014, 15:25 PM Consider that if you haven't unlock the new Rifle company commander I suggest you keep using the Infantry company so you can use Mortar halftrack + M19119 LMG gun. Same thing with Volksgrenadier/ Panzerfusiller grenade. The bundle grenade + 5 grenade per throw from Assault Grenadier and Command Panther still work at least. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: does hand held AT need a slight buff in damage?7 Jul 2014, 15:17 PM I think the point of Bazooka/Panzersherck is to deal with light vehicles and medium tanks: sometimes you might need to use them in large numbers. We have Pak/zis AT gun to deal tanks. At least be happy that those thing still better than AT gun from Russian Guard squad even those are free lol. P/S: The explain with OKW Panzersherck is not acceptable for me at least for now: Why would you want cold immute in summer map ? I rather be able to build sandbags faster with that upgrade. Thread: Mechanized Company Tactics7 Jul 2014, 10:40 AM The ideal that you can return those WC51, M20, AA halftrack or whatever vehicles to get about 70% resources back ( is it 70% ? Idk ). You can also take your friend vehicles and return it ? ( I gave my US buddy the Mortar halftrack cause at that point I got 2 M7 arty , I don't need mortar halftrack anymore ). For things like M20 and WC51, they are not really worth using in late game so you can just get refund to free some popcap and get more resources. Also, with your Vehicles crew vet 3, you can transfer them to other tanks. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Anti tank weapons killing infantry7 Jul 2014, 10:37 AM I noticed that after WFA come out, those AT gun like Zis/Pak/OKW AT gun start to killing more infantry than it could before WFA. I really suprise that there was a Zis managed to kill 2 models full health Volksgrenadier . In: COH2 Balance

With increase sight + extra movement + a Puma from early game Ober can go 2 squad together without worry anything . To be honest, that's the way I'm playing atm. - Get 2 Volks out. - Build the Repair HQ with puma, increase fuel income ASAP - Get another Sturmpiooners out. - Wait to see what USF go for: If it's Lt, get a Puma. if it's a Capt then go straight for Flak base. - See where's fit to build flak base ( Mostly I build in cut off point ) - Get 2 x Obers ( You should be able too if you don't get anymore unit ) - Depend if enemy bring out tank yet or not you can either choose to wait a little more for Command Panther or if it doesn't look good then get the Puma/ AT gun out ( if previously you haven't go Puma yet ). - Turn off increase fuel income, let the income go back to normal. Start upgrade with whatever you need. Using this tactic in 1vs1, I found myself in good place. Sure, I'm not top players but I still able to win ( check my playercard ). It's a little hard at first cause you have to stick to cover and try not to lost any squad but later when 2 Ober + command panther go together, they can tackle almost anything. Manpower was never my problem as OKW. I found that fuel/muni might be might problem . Any ideal for my tactic is welcome . I'm a big nooby after all. P/S: The disable radar and Ober upgrade I'm not really sure about it. I prefer to use the basic MG34 for Ober and use those muni for ability like sherck/flare/ target weak point. Katiof up there said that's I should get it if I use 2 Ober but he doens't explain what exactly it does so.... In: COH2 Balance

Also the US players can exploit this by using Lt and equip them with Bazooka ( I have see some players charge their vehicles right into Lt because they think that this squad never equip bazooka but meh, not happening a lot ). it would be nice to show a icon above their head whenever they have M1919, BAR or Bazooka.
