Because based on rate of fire of all TDs, its very unfair. Based on RoF vet of all TDs, its very unfair. Based on armor of all TDs, its very unfair. i watched many top games, including low level plays from my games panthers hardly survive till vet3, whereas allies TD reach vet3 much earlier and last longer. something smells wrong. Cheaper units vet faster then expensive one. That being said, I have watched many top games, including mid level games of my own and I have seen multiple vet3 panthers, where allied TDs were just zoned by ATGs and killed by fast flanks. That something that smells wrong for you, its you. In: COH2 Balance

Since Penal get great offensive vet bonuses one has to change the way one uses them and move them to cover later in the game. Or you can just use 7 man cons, which also are good for prolonged fight and more then make up for lower long range dps with incomparably higher staying power without the need to constantly hump green cover or explode instantly in late gam.e Good offensive vet does not compensate for lack of late game weapon upgrade(which already was proven by conscripts) or meme worthy staying power and lowest rec acc bonus in game.
