Despite literally all evidence to the contrary people still believe in the "Axis OP" myth. People will always call AXIS OP. I don't know why, but they ALWAYS will. And now that we have OKW which overperforms to some extent, they have every reason to rage. Ostheer is total shit now, specially versus USF. Even against Soviets they have some problems. Early game adjustments can and will balance Ostheer. A few MG adjustments, and tech cost reduction (not just swapping the tech cost with building cost). They desperately need T2 to survive, either by bringing in Pzgrens to counter M20 rush or Pak to counter AAHT. Spending 300 MP for BP and Building is ridiculous, that's why they overwhelm you. Preparing decal system? Even the smallest developers have different groups (departments) for different aspects of the game. Art department, Programming department, Gameplay department, Balance etc. But the thing is, most developers work on a couple of different titles spontaneously because of many reasons. So they might have been working on CoH2 balance, or another game (DoWIII maybe?) this whole time. One thing is for sure, they always have something to do. In: Lobby

Why should the Panther be the fastest tank in the game by far, with the highest armor value of any Medium tank, plus the highest HP pool of any medium tank, PLUS the Penetration of constant HVAP Jackson rounds? You remember when the Panther nerf first took place in vCOH2? That was for a reason. Then they simply reverted all the nerfs including to Blitz. Soo soo silly they should have just increased the Panthers craptastic ROF. But we are back to need for speed adamantium Panther once again... Pheeew. Well you are correct. Panther is a VERY VERY good unit (I don't wanna say OP), but the fact that you can't finish it off is what get me pissed. Blitzkrieg tactics should work like real life blitzkrieg, an offensive ability to encourage you to rush and flank the enemy (so they can flank you) instead of a free get away card. In: COH2 Balance
