I have quite long history of proving people that they are wrong or not entirely truthful.
thats what an MG-42 does most of the time,if you deny it then your bias needs to stop
nope you need to make another video with default blob formation AGAIN
This is indeed the fact. Keep proving cr4wler wrong please and others too.
Not saying he's wrong, but not 100% truthful
Ok not 100% truthful
again, i posted video proof, with "default blob formation". i can post another 100 videos of 100 repetitions, and ppl will still claim that it's not true and that i am the one who is biased.
i don't see any proof to the contrary anywhere
Maybe if you was in that building so you can selfspot and attack them sooner.
Or you autoclicked infantry so you can supress them all before they reach mg.
And give that mg and grenadier support. Or single panzergrenadier.
When will people realise that supression platform should not counter blob by itself if it is badly positioned (in cover means easier nadewipe ) or without support.
Keep in mind that mg42 almost instasupress 1 squad , reposition while pios close in then supress second squad ?
I think mg42 is fine right now and blobbing will be always punished if you didi it properly .
i posted the video because it was claimed that it was impossible to approach an mg42 with a blob and get into grenade ranged without getting pinned. it clearly isn't, but even with video proof people still don't believe it.
the point was to not micro anything and just show that it is indeed very possible.
i also think that the mg42 itself is more or less fine (i would like a tad more dmg on it, maybe even just when the squad is pinned, but right now a pinned squad can literally just sit there for like a minute or longer without getting wiped, which is kinda stupid).
another point was that people keep making absolutely ridiculous claims, unsupported... and when you show them proof, like i did, they ignore it. instead they call you biased.
logic! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
thats what an MG-42 does most of the time,if you deny it then your bias needs to stop
and i posted video evidence to the contrary... but even that is not enough obviously :-D
and if literally selecting a bunch of units and just moving them into an MG can't be considered blobbing, i don't know what is. |
Not even close to placing squads in the same place.
I dont have time for pointless arguing or even posting videos but I hardly call it intentionall placing in the same spot
All 3 squads started in line at the end of MG range.
lemme guess, straigth line so every squad got suppressed by the same burst? also: ofc i absolutely need to post video evidence or everything i say gets dismissed outright, but if you say something i have to accept it at face value without any evidence... talk about burden of proof... |
Not even close to 100% reproduction.
It all depends how the squads in the blob will be placed. I was able very easily to pin down 3 squads before reaching nades range, just as easily I was able to crawl down and throw a nade.
again: standard dispersion. then you get 100% reproduction rate. maybe if you indivdually and intentionally place all your squads in the same spot, which btw also is way more complicated to do, you might be able to pin all three... but with the standard dispersion the MG42 is absolutely inable to pin 3 squads, since it can only fire 2 bursts until the last rifle is in nade range. if you watch the video again, even the 2nd rifle gets into nade range, so it doesn't even need 3 rifles. |
And Katitof is right, USF infantry cost fuel to be improved...
still besides the point. tell me again your definition of what unbalanced is, and how allied infantry does not fit that description perfectly.
also, if you watch the video again, i could have just walked past the MG and killed it without nades, but that was not the point of the video.
1- Your video doesn't show a blob.
wait... WHAT?!
i think i'm done here. |
what if UKF's AT gun gets flanked at some stage, early? does that mean a half health luchs or Ost flame ht should be able to destroy UKF's whole army, because they don't have access to snare unlike all other armies that such a thing can not happen to theirs?!!!
that's one of my points!
you mean like the centaur in the previous patch? i didn't see you complain about that... or that the wasp outranged grens faust by a mile. or that chruchills can throw nades on AT guns. or that crocs decrew at guns from the front faster than they can get a 2nd/3rd shot in. but, yes, i know.... l2p, smoke, flank, random meme, insult, expletive. |
Of course, you could argue that the current war spoils system imposes the same limitations on players because it's nearly impossible to get all paid content for free through it. It shouldn't be replaced with a system that would be even worse for players who do not wish to be gouged in order to compete in multiplayer.
i think that if the warspoils system got replaced by supply, but there was no degradtion of items (as in, you get supply for playing games, you can "buy" bulletins etc. for supply, but they don't degrade) then i would say that system is better for the users than the current one. to be fair, i doubt it would get implemented this way, but it would be an option that i would be fine with. |
There will probably be a bug or something then, usually it almost insta pinned the units.
reproduction rate 100%... if you think this is not what usually happens, then i doubt you ever play ostheer.
Because he advanced near cover as well as the squads were somewhat tight, but still spread enough.
as mentioned in the video description and here: this is the standard distribution pattern that you get when you select your blob and then give a move order without ordering individual squads.
You might want to recheck where allied nades come from.
besides the point, like the whole fuel discussion was from the start.

Show me a recent replay of blob of Rifle/IS/cons being able to a-move and crawl from the far end of mg42 fire area till grenade range. Let's assume blob start with 3 units closely packed.
I didn't say anything about fuel? So you need a brain to understand gameplay and game mechanism. Give you a hint, T0 and T1 give anything to all faction to do infantry fight. You have all the keys right from the beginning and you don't need to wait for your opponent mistake to win it.
Fighting a OKW pz4 or panther with a single sherman isn't equal. As Iron Emperor says himself, your hope is on OKW player mistake to lose it. This isn't balance.
But Jackill is right, speaking with you is a nonsense from the beginning.
https://youtu.be/zEB-cDQmr8c is 5 minutes ago recent enough? rifles had standard formation (as in, select blob, move order).
and yes, infantry does not cost any fuel. again, you said if a unit is straight up better than your opponents unit and arrives at the same time, it is OP. that description fits at least rifles and infantry sections perfectly, since they obviously outperform Grenadiers by a significant margin.
in your example, if you simply replace the sherman with a jackson, suddenly the fight becomes way more "equal" as well.
fact of the matter is, you don't want to hear an opinion that doesn't fit yours. especially when it's backed up by facts. |
Do you play some magical no-gren builds?
Did pfaust was removed from grens?
Sniper will bring 222 to 75% health. I've already included potential damage from tommies.
There won't be 6pounder as fast as you can generally pump 222 vs brits faster, especially if you play osttruppen and gain map control incomparably faster.
Yeah, I'd say ost sniper dying to not really maneuverable, bulky vehicle is an l2p issue, because where were your grens with faust to protect it? Why was your sniper there alone without any support?
And since brits don't have AT snare on their main inf and now its vet ability for a sniper, well, you do the math here-if you are able to.
so now you throw in grens as well, with their incredible unlimited range fausts? well then tell me how a brit sniper with an ATG can get killed by a 222. oh you didnt have an ATG around? why was your sniper there alone without any support? looks like we got a l2p issue... i smell some bias here. |
