Idk if mg42 was buffed or it was the map(Eindhoven country or whatever) but MG42was is noticeably better in the games i played last night. Suppressed at max range on first burst and it was like the AOE suppression was buffed.

I know you already have me confused with an axis fan (I play all factions) and this correction won't help:
LMG34 got nerfed by 25%
IR STG44 got nerfed 25%.
LMG34 vs. IR STG is now a choice. (i.e combined nerf of 50%)
All of these constitute a significant DPS drop for obers. (which was needed).

I'm hardly raging, and ice already saidUSF is my favorite and I've played at least 100 games with all factions before me making that choice.
Which just got changed, after this USF's ability to power project against OKW via blobbing will be increased, not decreased.
Again, the power of USF blobbing is that your DPS is much more spread out and not concentrated. Not to mention the free infantry units help immensely in achieving the critical mass needed to blob.

USF blobs were not treated with nearly the same nerfology because they aren't nearly as powerful or versatile.
USF blobs are not "better" but they are very effective because it allows you to melt enemy infantry very very fast. Para 1919's especially very deadly.
The added 6th man on Para's and 5 man natures of Rifles makes wiping a USF blob much harder than it does a OKW one that uses Obers. But OKW blobs are more versatile in return thanks to the shrek.
Regardless, the one who loses out here the most is Ostheer.
OKW has a manpower glut because they have no options to spend it on, not because they magically have more. OKW is blobby because they can't buy support weapons and they can't afford tanks. There isn't a medium to bridge the gap between the lights and the mighty Panther.
Nobody is saying OKW is doomed, people are just pissed the same standard of "anti-blobbing" wasn't applied to the second most blobby faction USF.
IT WAS APPLIED TO USF BLOBS BECAUSE THE MG42 WAS BUFFEDDDDD. We'll see how much that actually does but relic did address USF blobs vs ost.
Losing to an actual USF blobber as OKW is unexcusable, or really bad luck,and a massive L2OKW issue.
USF blobs bleedout like hell against OKW,and the flak HT is a pretty convincing counter or contain device until T4.
