So being expensive and coming out late-game is a ok reason for it pretty much instant killing most inf units (even if its one squad at a time), can fire threw walls/anything in the world, even in a defensive posture?
Failing to dodge a Sturmtiger is like failing to dodge time-on-target, you have plenty of time to do so and if you don't, that's on you.
Take into account the fact that the Turret MG having double damage still does less DPS than the regular Top MG alone. It's MG abilities still arem't as powerful as a normal Tiger.

OKW Panzerschreck moved to Sturmpioneers, Volks given StG upgrade.
Conscripts may upgrade to Frontoviki at Vet 3, and gain 2 PPSh's.
Unintended:
OKW Ammo and Fuel income restored to 100%.
Incendiary weapons heal enemy troops.
King Tiger doesn't require teching.
Bug:
M36 Penetration is at set to 0, but Deflection Damage at 260.00 (41600 damage on deflection).
Sturmpioneers upgrade gives infinite Panzerschrecks (if they drop one, they still have 4).
Frontoviki retain Vet 3 when converted.
Marauder??? sure you did not mean Marder? JS-3 has never participated in the war, has only made the parade in Berlin ,other models have also been produced for many years later, the SU-100 I'd like to see it, maybe in some commander, I'd also like it if they added Jadpanther.
Yeah my personal faction wishlist is for a late-war Soviet and German faction based around or after Operation Bagration. Soviets would be armed with well-trained infantry, some elite guards, T-34/85's (not the current version). It would be pit against Germany fielding Romanian infantry, MG 34 Assault squads, and Panzer IV Ausf. H's.
I don't really think the unit is fine either. Target weak point is pretty OP as it is, even if you ignore the bug that also lets it fire twice in rapid succession. I can't believe they then put it on a tiger.
I've never been able to produce that bug with TWP, only Concrete / AP round, or with Barrage abilities.
