Im ok with the Vet on Elite.
Cons+PPSH or Shocks force Vetted even LMGs out of position easily for much cheaper.

The fuel drain is serious. Just get an earlier vehicle and bleed them.

Most problematic for me has been vet Mortars, but since they dont have Precision Strike, its manageable.

I think the Vet is fine. TA however, not. But that has been discussed and options offered.

I think the fuel cost for Vet is reasonable and ok.

LuL wut. Do you know how many REAR, close range shots it takes for a ZiS to even think about doing anything to a tiger ace? Or how many shots a Pak will miss on a t70 right in front of it? Or how they get 2 shotted by practically every tank?

I'd recommend for German players just to stop to play as I can't see how anyone can win against this broken commander when equally skilled players meet.
I don't use it till it's fixed myself and I think every Soviet player that doesn't want use exploits or cheats should't as using this commander feels like cheating.

Anyone have any decent tactics for this? I find that 1 player industry 1 player douchegun or mg spam is very strong atm.
