Thread: Cruzz's fantasy patch thread2 May 2014, 10:08 AM I agree with the heavy tanks (especially the ISU and elefant) requiring phase 2/3 tech or T3/T4 building. It's ridiculous that as Ostheer it's often better and easier to save up for an elefant just in case the soviets decide to get an ISU, than getting panzers or panthers. Combined arms against ISUs take much more effort and loss to kill the ISU, since it can just 1 shot a lot of things. Basically u can get elefants at similar times and cost as getting a panther... Heavy tanks can arrive too early now... In: COH2 Balance
Thread: 'Make Love Not War' commanders. 30 Apr 2014, 09:06 AM The whole point of the promotion was to give free DLC, not exclusive ones. I think it's totally fair that it at least comes out in the store. RTS games shouldn't exclude certain stuff indefinitely. Maybe it will release when the new expansion comes out, as a gesture of goodwill to the game community. I for some reason only have the soviet one, but not the german air superiority commander :/ In: COH2 Gameplay

Tiger Ace existed in Coh 1 too, and they later changed it to a King Tiger to make the unit more unique. That's for another DLC to make and charge. Thread: Suggestion: Troops sitting on tanks23 Oct 2013, 10:41 AM Just a suggestion: Might be hard to implement... Wouldn't it be cool if troops could sit on tanks for mobility, but are vulnerable to attacks (increased received accuracy). For example, if your army had to retreat back to base, on larger maps tanks could carry some troops back to the front. That would be cool (and maybe realistic) to see during gameplay. And shocktroopers/assault squads, can ride tanks without any penalty so they can be dropped/positioned close to combat. In: Lobby

Thread: Make weapon upgrades consistent!18 Oct 2013, 14:37 PM What's inconsistent is that in order to get 1 shrek upgrade for example, you have to deliberately lose men to achieve this. A lot of things don't allow for player control and are inconsistent, like: decrewing weapon set ups and recrewing with less manpower units. getting a hold fire ability ONLY indirectly if you get the doctrinal cammo ability to make halftracks not auto/turn to attack (stay still, to possibly provide green cover for example) you need to get the flame upgrade so its range is decreased, etc. In: Lobby
