Soviet:
- Conscripts Mosin firepower increase 150%
- Remove HTD
- Decrease Penal squad cost to 300
- Making T1 and T2 fuel cost slightly cheaper
- Move Sniper to T2, one man or wowan only, HP increase 100%
- Zis-3 move to T3, increase fire rate by 50%, remove barrage, give AP round at vet 1
- T-70 need 60 muni upgrade to become what it is now, accuracy decrease 50% before upgrade
- T-34 (both) -10 fuel cost, slightly increase damage and penetration, RAM cost: 60 muni
- SU-85 cone vision move to Vet 1
- IS-2 cost -20%
1. Don't really see the advantage of this. Yeah, against weapon teams maybe but against infantry it's fine atm.

7. Hum. I think it just needs to be hilariously inaccurate when moving so it has to present a target to PAKs if it's trying to kill stuff.

- Gren Kar98 firepower increase 150%, G43 firepower increase 125%
- Riflenade damage to buildings increase
- SdKfz 221 Scout Car move to T1, cost and HP increase 50%
- SdKfz 222 becomes upgrade, enable at Phase 2, accuracy towards infantry buff to PE level cost: 80 muni
- Scharfschütze ablity: cloaking like vCOH, but only activate for 30 seconds, muni cost: 30
- Pioneers now have 30 muni univeral mine
- Panzerfaust now require upgrade: cost 100 manpower/25 fuel, damage increase 100%, only damage engine while target under 50% health
- Panzerscreck upgrade becomes single, cost: 70 muni
- Halftrack HP increase 20%, flamethrower upgrade move to phase 3
- Pak40 can now cloak
- Panzer 4 damage decrease 20%
- Ostwind -15 fuel cost
- Opel Blitz & Strafe nerf
- LeFH 10.5 offmap & onmap, damage and rate of fire increase 50%
- Panzer 4 command tank move to non-doctrine T4
- Tiger cost -20%

2. It's pretty decent atm in the right building. It's just the big buildings that skew everything and the ineffectiveness of small arms fire that's a problem.

4. God not that PE armoured car... those things were just *horrible* to play against.
5. No need for it.
6. Not a huge fan tbh. Needs some options for cheaper AI stuff and tellers could be a bit cheaper but I'm not sure it just needs to go VCOH on that front as well.
7. Promotes scout car abuse and makes fausts much much less useful vs. mismanaged Soviet armour.
8. Ambivalent on this.
9. Was arguing for this in the closed beta but actually I think the Flammenwerfer's now alright.
10. Maybe would help with the survivability but I never liked the Pak cloaking much.

12. Ostwinds are really good at the moment. I think they are my favourite unit. They don't need to be 15 fuel cheaper.

14. I use these fairly often and find the reload time really short. Especially with the arty officer they can be fantastic at putting pressure on Soviets.
15. Command tank seems fine where it is.

Honestly, I'd just spend your thirty bucks on getting another copy of COH-1. You seem to basically just want that...
