That in it self is fine, but then why do 2 conscripts cost 480mp vs the 240 for the grens. I (and I guess many others) are fine with conscripts being inferior to Grens but the price needs to reflect that. Yes! I believe it would generally make the soviets more 'soviety' if they would have overall cheaper units. In: COH2 Balance

Never looked back. glad to hear a voice of reason amongst so many fanatics. I'm really sorry for all the russians who aren't like those spammers. These spammers demonstrated abusive, aggressive behavior which overall damages Russia's reputation amongst millions of CoH core players worldwide. The funny thing is they don't achieve anything. The millions of CoH core players will continue to play anyways. Those who visit Metacritic before buying the game will see a user score that is so ridiculously low that they will read the reviews out of curiosity for sure. And then they will see what's going on and the user score will become meaningless to them. In the end the only thing these 'very patriotic' russians achieve is making themselves look like fools and manipulative douches who are trying to ruin other peoples enjoyment of a great online RTS. To all those 'true patriots' in Russia: As true patriots you should care if your country is liked in the world. What you are currently doing makes your country look bad. It will only make western countries think that their sterotypes were right and that Russia is indeed censoring history to look better. You are only damaging your country! In: Lobby

(Russian history)26 Jul 2013, 18:43 PM @Curity: I have one more argument for you to counter, good sir I saw it being mentioned several times that the campaign only demonizes the NKVD and state institution, but it actually GLORIFIES and HONORS the bravery and sacrifice of the common soviet soldier. At least that's the impression many western players will have when playing this, Russians may define heroes differently. But think about it: You are worried about Russia's reputation, I assume? Consider this: People will rather associate today's common russians with the common soldiers shown in the game. They will most likely not associate them with the NKVD which is gone today. The common soldiers in the game which represent common citizens of soviet states are shown in a POSITIVE way. You guys are fighting a game that will spread a better image of common soviet soldiers in the west. Currently the West has a rather negative image of them. This could finally change! And yet you are trying to impede this game's success. You fight the game that will redeem soviet soldiers. Soviet soldiers represent common citizens of your states.
