Thread: Pershing vs Tiger. Shouldn't Pershing be buffed?17 May 2021, 08:39 AM Jump back to quoted post17 May 2021, 08:24 AMmrgame2 pershing + jackson is deadly combo in 2v2. they are better than ff+comet imo. or panther + p4 or tiger + p4. or su85 + is2 we should see how the beta buffs play out. I like that the buffs sticks to the theme of asymmetery instead of making pershing into another tiger. the counterpart to pershing + jackson sould be tiger + panther, but tiger + 2 pak can stand again pershing + jack while being way cheaper. Talking of mobility, curent pershing have max speed of 6 without any speed vet so it cant ever escape panther (6.6 stock, 7.59 blitz). The upcoming beta offer a 20% speed buff at vet2 bring it up 7.2 but still cant out run a panther. Still, i dont want any vet increase since 20% is already high but it one want to focus in the mobility it can have a Blitz- like skill instead of speed vet so the increase value can be higher or combine with some other effect like decrease RA or better pen (hunt-like). Thread: Need help with lee Enfield scope rifle in 64bit version17 May 2021, 04:00 AM So the issue is about the lee enfield scope rife animation. I created several weapon using scope enfield since 32bit and they all work well. But ever since 64 bit, all the scope just gone and i cant make them appear again like on the sniper here Still, i have seen several mod retain the scope in new version so i believe that there are still way to archive the scope rifle animation. Im not unhappy about the change but in my point of view the change only make repair a bit faster while the overall durability isn't change, so it is not an direct buff nor being that impactfull. It have its meaning, just not up to the point of expectation. In: COH2 Balance

You have to understand that no one is trying to ignore the CA. You said that CA need to be considered when looking at the Pershing and i agree with this. Point is that with CA you can have the Pershing shot AS FAST AS a default tiger, so i think it is safe to buff the Pershing in some other aspects. The beta is learning for that, but pp want more meaningful changes. it not like they are asking for any thing over the top, some just want it to have 300 armour like actual heavy, some others want it to retain 960 HP but nothing further than that. You said it got target size buff and "harder to hit" but it is not the case here. And tge change dont help the tank more durable since the numer of shot to kill is still the same. In: COH2 Balance

Pershing is now faster, in and out of battle, and with a cp decrease, fitting its theme. USF theme. It can brawl fine in 2v2. Seems all round buff to me. It is a dmg reduction modifier, not a RA decrease. The tank lose 160hp and gain dmg reduction so it can tank EXACLY the same amount of shot while being faster ro repair. The tank dont become any more durable since it still take 6 shot to kill it. In: COH2 Balance

This doctrine is already one of the strong 1v1 picks for USF and was consistently top 1 for a long long time. Event in 1v1, the story of picking Pershing then cant breakthrough pak wall while being massacred by weffer is clear as daylight in Tightrope 's game that has been post above and it is Tightrope we're talking about so i dont think that is player or skill issues. Especially if you're telling me that a 110 muni ability that takes up a commander slot has to basically be considered a default for the unit And dont forget the extra micro since the bonus dont just stack up. Taking advantage of the Pershing's mobility while maintain CA is easier said than done. It cant just "run in and gun out" like somebody said. In: COH2 Balance
