After playing a number of competitive matches with the mod, here are my observations.

Infantry Section: The decision to take away the capturing bonus + slower sandbag build speed has significant impact on the early game. It is very difficult to get into good defensive positions without sacrificing map control, and making a mistake can be highly punishing. It is also very difficult to protect cut off against offensive opponent who exploits this change with early blobbing. Like what other people have said before, this patch will essentially lock UKF players to go with 4 infantry section build.

I have tried to vary up the early build order such as UC as the 3rd or 4th unit, and MG as 2nd or 3rd unit, but neither are as effective as the 4 IS build. Not sure how to fix this to be honest, and maybe this is what we have to get used to.

As a side note, the suggestion to replace the starting unit with a sapper is probably going to really hurt the faction. I don't think it's a great idea unless either sappers are buffed, or IS build speed is increased.

AEC change: not really a big deal as long as the puma sees the same sight nerf. I do think maybe consider slight buff to it's anti-infantry abilities as the change to the early game can make it really difficult to recover from a mistake, or push out of mass opposing infantry composition.
The increased build time is somewhat manageable, but too harsh imo in light of the early game nerf.

Churchill change: The pop cap change was badly necessary, and I would even suggest to further boost it's anti-infantry ability a tad bit. But if only the pop cap is kept that's good enough. The end game army composition that I am seeing now is in a really good place imo.

Mortar pit: Good change to encourage the use of it, but I am not sure how any brit player can afford to build one until late game, where it will have little impact, given the early game nerf.

All other changes are manageable, and imo aren't really that significant, so I have just focused on what I think is contentious and potentially problematic.

Dont know about you, but I consider seeking's (who im told is the ukf player in those clips) brits/allies a solid tier above mirageflas ost.

I watched the stream and I agree with this assessment, with full respect to miragefla.
These clips are hardly evidence that infantry section is op.

What they do highlight is the losing player's inability to adapt to the recent changes and to exploit the weakness of UKF.

The fact is that infantry sections is the second most expensive main line infantry, and that has to be kept in mind when deciding which engagement to pick as well as build order.

Can't find bug thread, so I'll just post this here.

Target size of trench seems bugged when manned. I think target size becomes the same as the infantry manning it instead of the target size of the trench itself, making it extremely hard to hit.

This also applies to the trenches in Osttruppen and other doctrines of course.

Pretty sure that is intended.

Trenches becoming bigger in target size when unmanned is actually an intentional change in a previous patch so it's easier to destroy them once abandoned.

HQ glider : Can now train MGs and ATGs that will spawn at the glider.

The base can produce all of these units anyway, so what's the point of this?

MG and ATG is not needed

HQ glider need Motar team and commando

First of all, you can still build commando from the glider despite the notes reading otherwise.

In terms of being able to build AT gun and MG from the glider, I would go as far as to say that this is one of the most interesting additions to the faction in a long time.

The reason for why that is the case is because UKF is most effective when they can take up a good position early game, and hold such position until mid game where you will be able to field more units. However, against early light vehicle builds, the time it takes for the AT gun to move up from base to the position leaves a big hole in the line for exploit. Being able to build and spawn the AT gun from an advanced position potentially fills the hole and opens up the possibility for much more aggressive play style.

Weapon do not have have an actual fuel/MU value only vehicles wreck.

Whatever the fuel/mu value, OKW salvage does work on abandoned weapons, and this discrepancy is the part that is confusing.
