All the example you have just pointed out are performance issue only. But USF simply has no heavies that serve as a spearhead purpose or Mobile Rocket artillery that serve as a punishment tool for heavy static play in stock. Want heavies to spearhead a pak wall? That doenst sound right. If you really want heavies play OKM or SU USF has a design, respect it or dont use the faction otherwise In: COH2 Balance
Thread: USF got too many buffs 15 Mar 2019, 21:02 PM The everlasting volks vs riflemen. How cliche. Funny part is that USF has OP team weapons vs OKM and OP inf vs OST. Deny that. And someone there was ranting about stuka wiping USF team weapons, of course! They are fat OP now the tech rework has settled down. Finally 1v1 is what matters, 3s and 4s take but a secondary priority if not a forgotten todo list In: COH2 Balance

Ist true that ost mortar is defensively focused and allied offensively, hence flares. Imo usf mortar is being a bit overprowered. It could be adjusted with longer smoke range and shorter autoattack to put it a specific role as the others in the same category do. In: COH2 Balance

A risky idea, but maybe some risk is neccesary too. The only problem with such buff to IS2 would be the aftermath, since other tanks could/should get some balances too. But i think its a good step to take. Also the fear inflicting factor would be awsome, if you see an IS2, just move away your tanks, smoke it, stop it. Armor should be toned down at least. Its an aggressive focus. I.E. Ost should rely on Pak43 (the bigger one) or AT guns instead of panthers. In: COH2 Balance

The ostwind is a dedicated AA/AI unit, and it is extremely lackluster in that area, it doesn't intimidate any squads and an AI buff is the players' number 1 deamand. So, I think your poll is manipulative and is intended to cause distraction and confusion. OP is not worried, is bringing many new ideas about Ostw. Id say giving it a unique profile since its autocannon did reliably pen through lightly armored vehicles in WW2, taking that idea to implemente a new unique niche unit ingame. Otherwise its just a centaur clone AA/AI In: COH2 Balance

Funny thing you missed to point out is that .50 cal already does more damage per bullet than HMG42. But carry on, maybe someone could bring their DPS and increased DPS by their AP rounds DSHK are as broken than maxims (overnerfed) but only they are not used as often as the latter. In: COH2 Balance

It's really not a problem, bailing out of a tank in combat is a move that works only against certain people, people will very slow reactions. With that logic, panzer tactician is a combat move that works on people with slow reactions too... And raketen cheese is a combat move against people with no scouting infantry or watsoever. Scopes are a combat move against players without map awareness and reaction to fall back tanks. Arty flares is a combat move against static and passive gameplay vulnerable to a single spot recon. Stuka bombing nukes are a combat move against static team weapons and bad positioning. Sector assault is a combat move against players who doesnt deny muni to their enemies. Is it clear enough now?
