Thread: Poll: is the Ostwind underpowered?22 Mar 2019, 04:24 AM If ostw could reliably hit planes that would be great. They could even be T4 if their role is to give AA cover. I dont like the ostww shock unit design, on centaurs was nerfed over time but On the other side, if ostw were to get good anti garrison dmg, wich makes sense, they could find themselves a good use, a lategame anti garrison. Still better AA is needed. This way 251 flamer can be nerfed as it is sometimes quite OP. To make a new role for ostw can be done displacing a current unit in OST. In: COH2 Balance

They get smashed by any elite allied infantry, I would much rather see their lethality increased than a cost reduction. I can't see much incentive to get them solely just from a cost reduction, they will still be a unit that bleeds you for not much benefit. Why would you pgren spam to beat penals spam? Pgren are not mainline inf nor elite inf. They are at most a qcq-midrange AI specialist. They are already lethal enough. I don't see the issue in testing out some changes in a preview when the initial addition of stgs to volks was never tested at all. Firstly, this is a USF being near OP thread, thats clear offtopic. Secondly, if you so like to test things, why dont we test on allied factions too? I mean, volks nades and stgs are the main focus on "testing nerfs" since a couple patches ago. Its not funny to have someone messing around "trying" things without an objective. Because of that just dont "test" point out the problem, give a solution, implement it and done. In: COH2 Balance
