Thread: Winter balance mod 2020 V1.315 Mar 2020, 03:45 AM Jump back to quoted post13 Mar 2020, 18:23 PMVipper No actually Panther has one of the worse accuracy even in base stats (only lower than M36 at range 0 that is not important): M36 0.05/0.045/0.035 Panther 0.6/0.045/0.035 Su-85 0.055/0.045/0.04 FF 0.066/0.055/0.044 Worth noting is that M36 has x1.5 better accuracy over the other vehicles (0.75 over 0.5, FF might have 0.55) and that FF has a MID range of 45!!! only 5 less than Panther max range. Finally M36 can also use HVAP that have even more accuracy. So you want panther buffed to FF levels? May I remind you FF has the longest reload in the game at 8 seconds. Obviously it needs high accuracy otherwise the TD that has the slowest DPS in the game would be even worse. The whole design of the unit is that of a 60range sniper, you can't compare it to the panther at all. In: COH2 Balance

In this case the unit simply needs to be looked at and I simply pointing out that the other officer including the "new" UKF one are far superior. Last time I checked ukf officer can't synergize with late game artillery with a ton of abilities Try using the arty officer with a panzerwerfer, it's a complete beast. Thread: Have they considered properly balancing Panzergrenadiers?12 Mar 2020, 13:05 PM I can see CODguys logic If anyone remembered shrek and zook snipes were removed from the game because in the devs view AT squads shouldn't be dealing AI damage... So why do penals and pgrens keep SVTs and StGs after upgrading to their AT package? This is more of an issue in 4vs4 where a small AT blob can win infantry engagements vs a normal squad or two. There is no “turtle" issue, just USF players that build an extra MG or two to help contain OKW mech builds that lack leig smoke. You know what OKW can do if USF build a load of support weapons and park a ambo next to them like this? Drop a pinpoint stuka on their heads and watch as all those 50.s and pak howis become free exp. Some changes i hope to see next patch: - Special weapons regiment resupply HT weapons no longer need weapons rack unlock. - Hold the line rework or replace. - Concentration fire operation replace. Too expensive in a muni heavy commander. Land mattress will fit the "special weapon". - Early warning rework or replace, maybe by recon sections. - Rework or replace valentine in commander and move it to stock ass a light vehicle. - Commando team weapons and/or commando rifle squad for HQ glider. Valentine could be reworked with an Aura, it's a command vehicle but is the only command vehicle without an aura. A reload buff for artillery units and cooldown buff for base howitzers could work. Same role so should get the same command point cost Croc should be the same effectiveness and balance of other heavy tanks. Just because it's stronger against AT guns and weaker vs armor doesn't mean it doesn't have the same shock factor. Croc like other heavies can wipe you off the feild if you only have AT guns and a med tank. In: Lobby

It's nerf after nerf after nerf because Relic always overpowers their new releases. UKF in 1vs1 back then couldn't even reach the late game to unlock these late game tanks or abilities. Most games ended by the time 222 rolled out to mop up the brit players pathetic attempts to hold a fuel point having four men plinked by old wehr terminator sniper. Nerfs were needed for late game cheese that Brits actually had a chance to unlock in team games with a teammate covering their glaring weaknesses. So no they weren't op in ones like OKW or USF In: COH2 Balance
