Novgorod has the lowest play rates. There is a new version ready to go. But the old version has been in automatch way too long. Any changes now will be ignored and the map will be a permanent veto for most. It is better to just remove it. There are several new maps being worked on by Wuff, RickieRifle, Kpen etc. Lets give those maps a chance. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Game crashes 3/9 games (with warning text file attached)3 Apr 2020, 22:40 PM The game normally crashes to the desktop and presents the BUGSPLAT dialog box. So most of your crashes sound normal. The black screen with sound does not sound normal. That sounds like your PC crashed, not the game. I tend to save/watch other peoples replays pretty often and when I have replays my game will bugsplat on load pretty often. No one knows why. All you can do is delete any unwanted replays. Maybe even delete/unsubscribe to mods like skins/faceplates/etc. Of course you should always restart COH2 after 2 games maximum. Pros restart every game. After you close COH2, wait several seconds before you restart. It seems like Steam/Coh2 need some time after a close to do some background work (Checking the items you are subbed to etc). Since crashing seems to get worse over time I really wonder if some of it is due to steam/coh2 tracking and updating all of the subscribed items. Several seconds after COH2 starts the menu will start lagging, which I am guessing is when this catalogging begins to happen. So people start the game before the catalog finishes and its hung out in limbo doing who knows what later? Just a thought. In: Hardware and Tech
