it means only your opponent has minimum the same skill lvl from you or above. When 2 players with the same skill lvl play against...the ISU player would have many advantages with this beast... panther need ages to deal with it..and will surprised by stealth zis guns In: COH2 Balance |

So..a panther at far range (has only 50 range) must come near to a ISU wich has range 70 ..with a range accur modifier from 0.35 and with a penetration chance from 65%. and than u need 7 penetration to kill this beast...good luck. In: COH2 Balance |

ISU one shot mostly squad from range 70. and has more penetration than KT....what do u need more? it bounce most shot from panthers and AT gun when they need to shot at ISU at long range...it has more side armor than KT..so even flanks are risky.. In: COH2 Balance |

loking at the low penetration from some AT units...its even more. a jp4 has headache to penetrate a ISU. Even panthers an AT guns bounce often on it....because it doesn't need to come close ...it can one shot most AT guns crews from range 70. In: COH2 Balance |
