Care to elaborate why the new Kingtiger is worse than the old one when the old version was deemed underperforming already? ~~New KT main gun feels like a T70 against infantry, only difference the reload is like three times as long as the T70s.~~ When you get a heavy tank with all SWS set up and pay 260 fuel for it you expect it to be strong and not this watered down garbage.

Edit: It's not as bad as I initially thought. The T70 comparison isn't fair.

And since T70 is amazing vs infantry, by conclusion of your comparison, KT is amazing against infantry.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Because the one Sander provided during preview period has shown it performing amazingly well.

It even has slightly improved mid AOE now (in the final patch) compared to the performance in the video (in the preview mod).

I watched the replay...i didnt see anything where u would say: WOW.

the KT killed mostly one model per shot (dont overlook any other dmg resources (like the p4 or arty callins))

The replay is of a KT driving around the map in cheat mode with invincibility and crazy rotation speed. How is this significant for balanced games where you have to deal with TDs, AT-guns etc? If you can just cruise around the map shooting infantry from mid and close range the game would have been over anyway.

Meanwhile ISU AOE left untouched, still sniping squads across the map. I guess just COH2 things.

So after testing all the heavy tanks in cheat mode now, I have come to the conclusion that they are all pretty much the same. Which I don't think is fair considering the price and lack of mobility of the KT. It should be a level above Pershing (probably the best AI gun of all heavy tanks), IS2 and Tiger.
