@SneakEye I am not part of the actual patch-team. But I will try my best to get some insights. It would be sad if they don't see the benefits and your talent.
So, I tested the All-Units-Mod, after last time I played it, it got many changes. I am very impressed and some things could be easy build into vanilla version.
I love the Hetzer (ok, the turret is buged, but Jagdpanzer 4 is also buged).
I love the trenches, they managed to eliminate the bugs. The CoH1 trench works fine and the silk-trenchs got its netting removed for better look.
The concrete bunker has animatons and works well. etc.
Do you guys know if the team of All-Unit-Mod it part of the community-patch team?
Change MG42 with MG34 and buff Grens by:
a. add a extra grenade abilty improve their defensive.
b. add a 5-men upgrade with MG40 at T3 improving their survivebility in late-game.
I could also life by removing the Faust by weaker AT-rife-grenade of campagne so light vehicles get improved. (that would also improve Osttruppen, they still have Faust and make them special)
Maybe buff Ost-Pios too, improve their accuracy and make them 220mp etc. and give.
Over all: less op MG, Grens stay usefull in late-game and Pios get their chance get a job.
EDIT: At least Vickers need a nerf, ist damage is way to op. Give it stats of Maxim and it is fine. After the MG42-MG34 shift it is ok.
