Vs Sovs, really the only docs worth slotting is the Spec Ops and Scavenge. You really need the infil nades and JLI makes for some extremely potent infantry to snipe Penals. Early game Sturms and 4 Volks for maximum aggression, rush Luchs. Raket 3 mins in if I see M3. You see, put the raketen in cloak and in Volks retreat path and you'll get the M3(assuming it DOESN'T HIT THE DAMN GROUND) 9/10. Try as hard as you can to wipe DSKHA and steal them even if it meant losing a squad. Trust me, the stolen DHSKA is at least 2 times better than any Volk you have at this point.
When CP hits 10, you need to have 2 Raketens to cover your AT. Its only a matter of time until you get your own callins(be sure to tech once you have more than enough fuel for Command Panther/Ostwind or 1 is already on the field) |
Hah look at these people having trouble with emplacements. You know what can cure them? A Luchs/Flamer HT right in his base, wipe everyone and everything you see since his fancy emplacements can't do shit. Either the Brits get support first then builds emplacements, which slows him down or put emplacements first and pretty much show a "DIVE MY BASE!!!" sign. As OST you can even put Osttruppen in your loadout since it works extremely well against Brits. |
My ideas for scaling AI Partisans:
1. Make them able to cloak only when not moving at vet 0. Vet 1 Partisans will be able to move while in cloak as long as in cover.
2. Grenades are disabled from cloak, must be uncloaked to be able to throw grenades(to prevent cheesy wipes).
3. Mines are available at start. Not the tripwire ones.
4. Reduce RA and a bit of increased accuracy once they vet to prevent them from getting massacred uncloaked vs vetted units.
5. Vet 3 they receive sprint in cloak and able to capture points faster.(Think Kubel fast)
With these changes its hoped that Partisans can scale better, remove cheesiness in the late game without being all or nothing unit. As both Axis and Allies player its extremely frustrating dealing with and against Partisans right now.
Also hopefully that all loiters in all factions can be normalized and not being gods on the battlefield(looking at you UKF) and price decrease if necessary or make them worthwhile for their cost. |
I kind of disagree with the way you guys buff Cons, it's now excessively complex with 43% accuracy debuff when? On slot items? On just vet 0? What? I agree with normalizing DPS, but not slapping on a accuracy debuff unless you guys show that Cons actually go magically worse on vet 0 with items.
Partisans are still useless past their infil role, so a received accuracy decrease would be appropriate and ability to upgrade weapons immediately after spawning and from anywhere on the map regardless of owned territory.
Also disagree with cost increase when no tech is built, it should be NO CALLINS AT ALL. Make them affect all factions and boom, no more callin cancer meta. |

These are the two monitors. Is the first option warrant the increased price(its around 20 dollars difference after conversion). I don't mind the frame rates much(60/75 fps is good enough right now), I just want the picture quality to be good. |

I play all the armies and Axis are always a cake-walk. Even in 1v1.
Sure in Pros ppl win allied games as 1v1 just because of map control and pressure. But below top 200 play Axis are leaps and bounds ahead of Allies. It's because they require so much damn micro
Then probably you need to play more Automatch and get paired with more suitable opponents. Axis and Allies are more same power level wise overall than it was 2016. People can quite literally steamroll any player that is lower skilled than them, regardless of faction. Also since you said below 200 I guess Brit sim city is an example of "so much damn micro"? |
Call ins in general need to be tied to teching(no exceptions). And the DSHKA needs a nerf as its Maxim on steroids. Maxim could use a bit of a buff in terms of setup/teardown time as its suppression is worse than other MGs, cost more and Cons are literally trash 20+++++ mins in 1v1. |
I want to use paths, but their timing and reinforce cost makes them impossible to call in because F R E E S Q U A D S. At 3 CP, when I can callin Paras to replace dead Rifles my army is already extremely bloated with infantry. Like typically the amount of infantry in USF/OKW is nearly double of that of OST and UKF, maybe Sovs who don't go Penal/Con spam(but who does that?).
Make them CP0, reduce reinforce cost and add Sniper ability for 45 muni. Done and fixed. |
In live game, unbuilt sandbags/tank traps/whatever are auto-destroyed whenever a unit moves too far away, but the problem of units able to start building in combat makes for some retarded plays like blocking retreats, blocking tanks and favours bug play rather than actual skill. Talisman vs Fredbrik is a very good example of what you can do with any unit that can build sandbags.
My suggestion would be that units cannot start building while in combat(however, they can still continue to build if they are start engaged while building) so that ghosting still doesn't work against retreating units/tanks. |
Is it me or USF horribly disadvantaged vs Kubel spam in open maps? Like holy shit the DPS of these guys are insane vs squads in the open. Not to mention they can cap so it's not like they lose capping power anyway. My Rifle squads drop models like flies and so far the only way to stop them is to build extra RE and try to engage from cover. Even then another Kubel can come and push squads away. So there your early game advantage gone and forced to go the backfoot against OKW who has no MP bleed whatsoever(SP can rep any damaged Kubel plus you lose 210MP anyway per unit, not that punishing once OKW pushed USF off the map. Even better if OKW goes Luchs/Pzfuss with G43(which they have Munis for) and proceed to roflstomp the rest of my army. How do you guys deal with this strat at match start or recovery phase? Usually I barely have enough fuel for Lt tier at this stage. |
