I'd prefer avoiding bolster clones like UKF. Bolster has been a balancing problem since release with IS either being garbage or super strong. Maybe better vet 3 bonuses or something for grens so they can still keep up with WFA squads late.

We have this fancy and underutilized "battle phase" system in Ost teching. We could have idk BP2 unlock a slight damage reduction to make them less prone to wipes

Unless mortars and AT guns are only for the early game then the build order should be unaffected unless the player had no idea they were facing the UKF and made no effort to build mortars?

Most players don't lead with a build to counter emplacements because they are so out of meta. Generally emplacements go up by a certain point in the game as a cancer brit generally decides long before they want to play sim city but coh is already running. meaning delaying past that the enemy assumes they are not coming (which is usually the case) the counters are the same but they may not have been built. If the enemy has written off the possibility of them coming the shock can be effective in throwing them off balance and at the absolute very least they need to dedicate resources to taking it out (say you built it on a VP whik you can focus your efforts elsewhere when he is weakened. Idk why people only think there is ever one single solitary way to use anything

Not really. They would have to pay full price for the emplacement each time they wanted to rebuild. Meaning your opponent has wasted those resources.

Not to mention that emplacements are utterly gimped these days anyway.

And if placed halfway competently they will be generating value while they are there.

And emplacements aren't even that horrible players are just used to them being assault structures instead of defensive ones.

That is true, but Puma is ok an AT vehicle. I use it but it is tough and a risk set back. Too bad, there is not many proper options when you lose that base.

RNG is RNG but I have solod an is-2 with one a couple times.

50mp is a lot in the early game. The UC costing that much more on top of having nothing but combat power is why it's better than the Kuble.
Compare:
rear echelons 200mp volks 250mp
Pioneers 200mp,volks 250mp
Volks 250mp, penals 300mp

50mp is a lot when it comes to comparing t0 units. You also need to look at their starting composition for the factions
Kuble and volks= 460mp
Bren and tommies= 540mp

It adds up.

I get why you want more from the Kuble but it really doesn't need it its a shock unit that can cap and inflict beeld while taking none. It's entire goal in life is to generate as much value as fast as it can. I think it could benifit from shared vet because I'd like to see that Supression on occasion but outside dying immediately its always worth it even if it's ONLY capping while you focus your fighting infantry on winning the combat portion.

Too much durability is unfair to play against. Remember how you were saying about the scout car with penals exploiting your lack of AT? the knky faction with AT at the cusp of the match is ostheer. We used to have more durable kubkes and because of how RNG armour is it was decided to be too strong for all its other perks.

Its a bit of a niche unit, but give it a use being conservative with it and you'll see how good it can be.
