I want to believe that "cool and balanced" can fit in a 4v4 map.
If that means having a pool of 4 balanced maps instead of a pool of 10 unbalanced maps, the few are welcome =).
As many other players exposed, reducing the lenght for the benefit of width with more open flanks can benefit the balance while keeping the map "cool".
I still hope for community 3vs3,4vs4 balanced map to be made into automatch by relic.I gave up on Lelic.They take so long to buff,nerf something and most of them are buffed,nerfed witout someone asking..Also i find red ball bad in 4vs4.Make me sick(as AXIS) |

ostheer mortar it's out ranged,out dps even with just 1/2 british mortar firing at vet 0.Put mortar pit behind building(so pak can't shoot it)and watch how you reap 2 ostheer mortars.Beware of mortar ht,flame ht,and ieig..at that moment just brace.If you put 1 and bofors to cover it it's pretty much gg(if you turtle on fuel) |

Literally, you're complaining that a vet 2 IS/MG from a building is killing your infantry...
If i put an vetted MG or lmg+ober or fallschim in a building... it would ALSO kill allied infantry pretty easily.
You're saying OKW has no good late game infantry? obers, fallschims, and fussiliers are mid/late game elite infantry...
please, l2p and stop QQing so that your favorite faction gets buff and the game becomes easy for you to beat pros.

Low reinforcement cost leads to blob in long terms.
Also keep in mind that elite infantry will have only 5 mp higher reinforce cost than gren
Yes,my bad.Fussiliers should be spamable because you don't really have some good infantry for late game.Wish obers with stg upgrade would to bonus damage vs infantry in buildings.I'm tired of 3 volks or 3 grens vs 1 buildings with a vet 2 british reaping my infantry.At grenade with volks as support seems a little ops and all around |
They are spammed because volks loose to late allied infantry and obers are unacesible and okw lack indoctrinal mg.
Why no one try to tweak the obers?They are so expensive..Make them 360 MP and maybe 35-37 reinforce? |
Yes,more flanking possibility and more cut off points in 4vs4 would be fun.Though it will be more fun to actually soviets and oshteer have retreat points buildable for ostheer,reinforcement bunker(1 only can pe active) and somethig similar for soviets(150mp,and 60 mun) |
Leig have greater range than ostheer mortars.I don't place medic trucks near frontline as before.As okw it's a bit easier to counter mortar pit because you have flame grenade.volks don't die so fast as grens,they have shreks,AT in house.leig 18 have nice range etc. |
Then rng hates me..too bad mortar ht it's doctrinal and you don't have every time clear way for pz grens with shreks.I rather attack with at gun the mortar pit than with pz grens with shreks..Just play city 17,Essen Stellworks and you will know the struggle.Flame car still do few damage vs infantry,not to mention you need to expose the low armor flame car for some time and if the mortar it's braced you either lose flame car and him his mortar pit or he will destroy me with mortar pit range and dps |
I find the mortar pit very accurate and it can't be so easy countered when it's ability to fire faster and vet 3 are achieved.The mortar pit will every time kill at least 1 model of axis fragile low squad no matter veterancy and you can't go 2 mortars vs 1 mortar pit because you will be outranged and decrewed before even making mortar pit to brace.I consider reduce it's auto fire accuracy and maybe range..i don't know but i'm tired of taking me 6 seconds minimum to decrew a vicker hmg with axis mortar vs 2 shot on mortar pit vs mg42 |
