Very hard to understand such style of writing. I am trying to decrypt it. Any ATG counter LV, snares+ATG, also mines, you even could make AT upgrade for infantry if you want. All these tools also could counter mediums too when combined together, that another reason not build SU-76.
You want to know why OKW go to puma+p2? Because p2 have minor chances against T-70, while puma is hardcounter for T-70. If you could make quick kill of t-70 you will have very good AI armored unit and will increase your field pressure. Your enemy will be need to invest or in PTRS for penals or make backteching to zis or build zis if he have T2.
what im saying is that su 76 is similar to puma but there is no strong LT that axis uses that needs a counter like puma as a t70 will do the job just fine |

Here is something interesting I noticed during testing
1. M1910 tear down much faster than deploy.
2. Vickers has the best ready to fire time, yet MG42 has the worst.
3. Vickers and DshK has so little AOE suppression that it could hardly suppress any nearby squads.
4. All allies MGs would receive damage while changing gunner while the axis MGs did not. (weired)
this does not makes sense cal 50 vicker and dshk have similar or superior aoe suppression than mg42

OH: 1-sprint on single squads, or 2-global sprint. 3-Global 25% acc with decap/cap rate.
USF: 1-Fire up (sprint), 2-cover to cover (AoE sprint and smoke arty). 3- Combined arms (requires vehicles nearby)
SU: FHQ inspiration, inspire (which unit does it have it?), FMT,
OKW: radio silence (sprint), VA, FTF (RA + sprint on own territory)
UKF: Heroic charge, Hold the line (RA on friendly), Assault, Air ressuply,
I might miss something, some things might have changed. Hard to track everything without up to date things.
