Hello, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma here, I'm nearing 15000 loot points and I don't know which OKW doctrine to get, Elite Armor or Scavenge?
I'm a Tank player at heart so I want to get Elite Armor but I've seen lots of people complain that it's underpowered compared to Scavenge, and I guess Scavenge fills the gap that OKW has atm in terms of resources and units.
I'm mostly a defensive player anyway so I mostly go Fortifications, rarely Breakthrough for the Jagdtiger/Panzerfusilier combo.
So yeah that's basically my question to the more experienced part of the community, I'd ask on the Steam or official forums but I'd rather do it on the less-cancer ridden forums than on the most ones, and I'd ask friends but I'm not really sure who plays OKW and who has either of the 2 doctrines.
Cheers and have a nice day. well if you are a tank player go for command panther , elite armor is shit only the special round and sturm tiger are strong but c p5 does a better job at almost both (make other tank easy crush and deal more damage

The problem is Double Bar Riflemen, Double Bren Tommies and Vet 5 Volks are simply above Cons and Grens.
You can't buff Grens without breaking the balance vs Cons. You can't really nerf Bars and Brens without breaking the balance vs Volks.
All 5 basic infantry squads need to have their scaling toned down to the same balanced level. To do this, Vet 5 needs to be toned down so it provides the same bonuses as Vet 3 in exchange for having STG's only take one 1 weapon slot and not 2, remove Double equipping Bars, Brens and M1919's.
2 stg is equal to 1 bar and volks vet bonus are inferior to rifle men |
Even then it would be huge nerf and Tiger would almost disapear from 1v1 and 2v2.

No no, let him think it will be good idea to have Tiger in T4. 
Together with reduced penetration(similar to comet) reduced armor(similar to comet) and reduced health(similar to comet).

Then I guess its good that comet costs MORE, is less durable and doesn't have as good penetration, while teching for it locks another unit and abilities?
Also, if you want to see piss poor DPS, look at firefly.
cost more (10 more) less durable (30 less front armor 20-30 more rear armor) less pen (190 pen but fire faster ) and yea is locking tank and ability right right ? I think tiger should be stock too and chose between panther and tiger + ton of ability right ? |

Only 3 numebrs are close to 90% and even tho, it's unlikely to fight with Firefly or ISU152 at clos range
always remember range and rate of fire after all panther and stug have always less range |

i Say that it's already a problem that they have comparable stats (if we count cover bonus) to a unit that is tier 4 can't upgrade to 5 men and can't have 2 lmg and cost almost 50% more with more reinforce cost
And your point was about ober having similar stats to lmg 42 and look at that is are similar too |
