Nice try but balance team =/= Relic.
Not going to get too involved in this, but a couple of things.
Ultimately we don't just rely on tournament results or top player opinions. While important, they are just some of the indicators that inform balance.
Currently, I have four undisputable top ten players all telling me that USF is going to be OP in the upcoming patch, after playing numerous competitive mod preview games against each other.
Conversely, I currently have zero top players telling me that the Stuka is OP or unfair in its current tier, and don't recall any directly asking me for Stuka nerfs post the last 2v2 tourney.
As a tangential point, the balance team probably won't act on this pro player feedback right now, but suspects it to be correct. If/ when USF has to receive some small adjustments post-patch, you can bet your bottom dollar many vocal USF players will protest loudly, pro player consensus for the changes or not.
Additionally, comparing tool timing/ availability across factions is reductive and borderline disingenuous. In the indirect fire department alone, you can point to areas where USF has an advantage over both Axis factions.
Not true. Sander has been an essential member of the balance team since he joined, and is comfortably one of the most dedicated and invovled.

Is it possible to please correct the Rear Echelon bulletin? "See the World" or whatever?
I posted a thread in bugs earlier about it; it does the opposite of what the bulletin says it is supposed to do and makes RE rifles fire 2% slower instead of faster. I have tested this myself. (Value was set to 1.02 instead of 0.98, apparently by mistake)
I realize 'fixing' bulletins is a low priority, but this is a purchaseable item doing the exact opposite of what it says it is doing, and is fixeable in the attribute editor.
Another error is the higher retreat RA of the M2HB squad, which is also mentioned nowhere in the unit description and is not inline with any of the other MG squads.

Heavy no with tanks, on mortars it could be ok.
Cautious about garrison. Will have to test it, but double mortars on barrage could kill a squad before you realise what is happening (far dmg applying to all models) isn't far damage like 20 ?
2 x20 =40 u at least need 2 volley to hit for both mortar |
Pioneers are decent at close range for an engineer unit, they are not meant to be a combat unit and they historically used MP40. They are better than RET and CE, they give sight for the MG and can approach suppressed infantry to force them to retreat. They are absolutely fine as they are now.

For ass engineers to work you have to use shot blockers to close the distance. Ass grens sprint in the open towards any squad they want to engage. Ass grens are winning tournament matches. and they are losing them too, what's ur point, so cons and rifle winning tournament matches
