BAR DPS doesn't increase into long range like a MG42 or a M1919. It's a downwards scale. You're right that G43 DPS doesn't increase at long range either, but it also doesn't decrease with movement accuracy, which was his point. Are you sure you aren't confusing the BAR with the M1919 LMG? no bar does increase long range dps tho u even posted it, not lmg lvl tho, gren g43 unlike bar don't increase long range dps it's either the same or lower (on pgreen is another story) for reference bar gives around 4 dps long range, a bren gives 7 In: COH2 Balance

In any case, why not just edit the moving stats? Like the absurd 0.1 cooldown modifier on the move could be made 0.5. Movement accuracy to 0.6. Etc. I don't know why anyone would ask for a nerf to them or RM's ability to carry BARs. I don't know why anyone thinks REs need work either. They're shit early game but scale better than any of the eastern front engineer units at least. If I had to buff them I'd make the 5 man bonus come at vet 2 instead of 3, but that's it. They're really fine as is. Why not talk about units that actually need to be worked on, like the Pack Howie or the M2HB with it's still not fixed 0.5 retreat RA. 1 bar > 2 volks stg In: COH2 Balance

Earlier Obers is a welcome change, but not faction defining like penals have been made to be. Also you got it wrong, volks are they way they are because of penals, penals are theywat they are because of volks who single handedly show cons how to do ALL of their jobs AND fight as well making cons an absolute obsolete unit. lower volks close and mid dps ? and make penal balanced ? like start with 2-3 stv and cost 260 mp In: COH2 Balance
