You realize with centaur speed thats impossible scenario as it's much slower than P4 and has much higher pen drop than Ostwind. Now try using that brain of yours and do the same test at med or long ranges. u did some test at long range with ostwind ? no u did nothing ostwind lsoes 15-5 pen at long medium and low Penetration near 55 Penetration mid 40 Penetration far 35 centaur loses 5 pen Penetration near 30 Penetration mid 25 Penetration far 20 now 5 >15 great logic and in a realistic scenario tanks move, guess who has 100 % accuracy on the move vs tanks ? spoiler not ostwind In: COH2 Gameplay

Prop arty is a CHANCE for retreat and can be moved out of, wasting the effect. By that comparison, sturms forced retreat is a superior and reliable ability. it's aoe, it suppress and pin, which sometime is better if u want to steal MG + more range thanks to the aoe and before u say the chance to suppress is low Squads hit will have a: 25% chance of nothing 35% chance of being slowed and taking +100% received accuracy 30% chance of suppressed/pinned 10% chance of being forced to retreat This is on a per-shell basis, so the first shell of the barrage may not do anything, while the second may make the squad retreat. I know pen and rof stats of Ostwind and Centaur and I've seen Ostwind performance in live game often enough to make my own conclusions. Starting RA should at least be 0.9 and the RA vet should definitely come before accuracy imo. Sooner for sure. Maybe split the RA vet in half and give some of it vet 1. i would add some more utility, maybe a med kit like the commissar and retreat cost 60 muni while terror propaganda cost 45, we all know which one is better In: COH2 Balance

That is simply not true. u are wasting ur time we did this exact same thing with videos and img int he other thread, can't change a flat earther, can't change a fan boi wish there was a way to make people post inv to ur self In: COH2 Gameplay
