You will find reckon planes and IL-2 bombing in the same commander. In addition its does not really matter in 4vs4 game.Player A can provide the reckon player B can provide the off map. Fixed a bug where firing at non-infantry targets would suppress nearby infantry. Now suppression platforms will only deal AoE suppression if the primary target is an infantry model. Not sure what the fix was but you can still suppress infantry if you hit a vehicles in front of them, maybe its due to "reroll" hits. In: COH2 Balance

I have provided the patch notes that clearly state that smoke from Churchill has also a self defensive role contrary to what some people have claimed. It can shoot on the tank and that results in suppressing the infantry behind it, due to AOE suppression. On the other hand units like the Cromwell can fire smoke on the HMG itself. In: COH2 Balance

Why am I not surprised?4 Dec 2018, 13:14 PM Just to clarify Brumbar has received 5 nerf in the latest patch: Brumbar 1) -Armour reduced to 240 from 260 2) -Veterancy 2 armour bonus from 1.3 to 1.2 -This equates to 288 armour when vetted as opposed to 320 (vetted SU-85/M36 has now almost 100 chance to penetrate at range 60 ) 3)-Bunker Buster Barrage second and third shot scatter distance from 2.5 to 9 4)-Bunker Buster second and third shot scatter from 6 to 10 5)-Brumbar Range from 40 to 35 In: COH2 Balance

Nobody uses it like that, but that's why it's there. ... Smoke does not protect from suppression due to AOE suppression (it actually make things worse). It has also been patched: "Churchill MK IV Infantry Support Tank Given its role as breakthrough unit that can soak up incoming fire. Smoke has also been adjusted to allow the tank to move ahead and cover the advance *or to pull back from danger.* ... Smoke ability no longer decreases speed ... " It is clearly there to be also used as protection similar to other smoke dispensers. In: COH2 Balance
