Instead of MG42s, volks should get lmgs. 
That begs the question tho, MG34 or MG42 LMG? And another question, should the Obers be able to upgrade to MG42 LMGs as well then? Hell a guy even suggested they add an LMG upgrade to Falls as well. I still don't see the reason why Wehr aren't the Army with the ealier war equipment than the OKW, sure the MG34 was the earlier MG but the MG42 was a refined design in larger numbers because of it's easier production, maintenance and cost.
Edit: Scratch the larger numbers part, I got confused, but yeah, easier production (cheaper as well) and maintenance. Both MGs were seen until the end of the war but you know... I still think OKW should have the later war equipment while Wehr would be either stuck with the earlier war one or should be able to upgrade to mid war equipment at a cost, for example give Panzergrenadiers passive Panzerbusches 39s which can be switched back to their Stg 44s (which really should be MBK 42s, the earlier variant of the Stg) and then have an upgrade to the double Panzershrecks, and the Grens should have the MG34 as an upgrade instead of MG42, MG34 by default instead of MG42 as a weapon crew, you know, stuff like that but whatever, I'm just a modder, what do I know.
