It's best not to re-iterate the same thing over and over again, but to find better, more appropriate and more original solutions.
And if you can't find them, then they can use same things again? I mean, they could fix a lot of difficult problems in CoH 2 by using vCoH's things. And Im sure, that nobody would say bad word to Relic for that. Better have "little copied", but good game, instead of "fully original" cat's puke. |

Well, kubel is not so leathal as Spios and engineers can fight it back more effectively... Theoretically.
Kettenkrad and Shwimmwagen were perfect ideas in vCoH. Unarmed fast-cap bike/car with bunch of usefull abilities. Would be nice to make kubel like that, but they won't copy their old ideas... That's sad. |

First - What for we need Sexton? For nothing, It is useless.
Second - What for we need base QF 25 pounders? For nothing, They are useless. (even as free unit)
Third - Throw them both out from my CoH 2, I don't need here useless units.
Forth - Make QF 25 pounder emplacement, place it in Royal Artillery doctrine. And do total remake of entire doctrine, cos UKF artillery will work as usual one.
Fifth - Everybody happy.
Sixth (Optional) - For God sake, nerf Land Mattress already! It alone makes entire "Royal Arty" doctrine look like a pile of dog shit, really. Make serious nerf of AoE of Mattress rocket and little less serious of their damage. Right now they are acting, like Katyushas, which shooting all their 16 rockets with 1 massive salvo, not with 4 pity small. Imagine that hell, which Katya could make like that... or just try to use Mattress. |

Yea, true But I think, that T1 for to be more popular needs not "Frontline breakthrogh" infantry, but AT-infantry.
If we want Penals as first, than yes, "Ura!" with supression break and small time immune is very good idea, they would be more effective against Flak-trucks or MG-bunkers - will do their job good, in other words, better than they do now.
But... I don't think, that even that version of Penals will make T1 for soviet players more attractive, than T2 in start.
Just 1 more question, maybe we should make same version of "Ura!" ability for Conscripts too? They could get buff to that ability with veterancy, for example. Since their molotvs have small very range of throwing it would be pretty usefull. |

I think, that would be enough to give to Penals PTRS Pack upgrade, which will also steal their "satchels" and flamers.
USSR hasn't non-doctrinal AT-infantry, I think they deserve some. And in T1 we have nothing, that could help us to stay alive against light cars/tanks of axis untill T-3 and SU-76s comes (they come not so fast, actually).
And don't try to tell me, that "AT-nades are soo cool, just use them for to counter axis vechiles...". And mines can't be only solution too. Otherwise, take out from Sturmpioneers their mines for same 30 muni, cos their Volks have Panzerschrecks, and that will be enough for them.

The only way Relic would add this to the soviets, would be if it was in a commander, but Relic gave up on adding any more commanders to the Vanilla factions, so all of these things are going to be lost in space (the code). Such a shame.
Well, what for making new commanders, when you can fix some old with that? Ostheer and SU both are full of shitty commanders, which people will never use. They could fix some SU doctrines with putting there officier unit.
Of course they won't, because... new content without $$$? SEGA won't approve that, so Relic won't do. But still... maybe they will be more reasonable one day, belive in better. |
