and the OKW Opel ambulance has 240HP and enough armor to bounce a decent amount of small-arms fire because....? The only one mobile healing and reinforcement platform in game (commisar and OST halftruck don't have much sense compare to it). Maybe take a closer look at OKW Feuersturm doc, because regardless of what (1v1) streamers say about the doctrine, it's not meme at all in 2v2 and upwards. In: COH2 Balance |

acutally it's -allowIncompatibleReplays , the correct spelling with upper and lower case is important I think. And yes it allows you to watch older replays but only if there was no BALANCE patch (---> unit stats or abilities got changed) in between. If there were only bugfix or map-patches between now and the time of the replay, there is a very good chance it will still work... and in the latter case, there should not be "sync error detected" displayed In: Lobby |

At first I was confused by this goliath change too but I think the "bug" was that the goliath can be built at 0cp even though the other stuff from that ability slot (recon-boobytrap and sws truck radio equipment) required 1 cp, so it's more of a bugfix and less of a balance change. About the other stuff: most of it seems really good, especially the commander-ability changes. I think the UC vickers change will have a small impact at least, but the bolster change will do nothing at all. In: COH2 Gameplay |

Allies having 60-70% win rate in the last 2v2 tourney makes you think the game is balanced? I am confused. If we only took the win-rates from the later rounds it would be even higher and in the finals Axis didn't win a single game. So I definitely would not call this balanced unless the balance team is striving for historical balance. Completely disagree, I think by far the biggest factor in 2v2 is map & spawn (next to the players making the correct decisions ofc). I'm curious how "OP" allies will be if we let them play north spawn on Elst Outskirts, Eindhoven and Wolfheze. On all 3 maps I think the map works against the north side, with cover, sightblockers and garrisons that make a comeback way harder compared to south once you got pushed back or opponent dug in on a VP / resource sector. I've explained this before but this is an issue of (double) OKW and not imbalance. OKW faction design is kinda trash and has no strong tool vs spamming or blobbing of the same unit. Pretty much the same problem when you play brits vs someone who blobs JLI or Obers In: Replays |
