I made a bunch of mistakes, but I still would like to point out that M-42 spam is absolute cancer atm.

A small M-42 blob with canister shot is raping everything on distance, it's impossible to stop them at early and early-mid game.



And it's not like this is the only case, this strategy constantly gets used by top 1v1 soviet players (PTRS penal spam with M-42 blob as backup)


Please take another look at this canister shot ability. IMO it should cost munition and be a timed ability like the AT ammo from the american AT gun

the dmg on one is quite low while having large aoe, causing problems when facing multiple m42s, my solution would be to make it a free ability with a long cooldown, so it cant be used permanently similar to the Stupa barrage

yeh that sounds like a sensible solution as well
