Panzer IV has better penetration than the Sherman, Cromwell and T34 at longer ranges (which is standard engagement range). It beats out any medium tank the majority of the time. It has more armor than any other medium tank. At vet2, it has more armor than an EZ8. What are people trying to argue here? The Ausf J. version is literally almost on par with the EZ8, with the EZ8 having a slight upper hand. These two posts are the reasons I believe p4 is fine. That amazing armor is compounded by its frankly ridiculous vet 2. It's the best workhorse medium tank in the game, period. In: Lobby

While it is ridiculous putting "Obers" and "slowly" in the same sentence, relative to Commandos it was slow. They did a maximum of ~40DPS, but Commandos reach ~126, enough to drop a model every 0.7 seconds. That's how powerful Commandos were, they rivaled the double-upgraded Stormtroopers from CoH1, but you didn't have to spend 150 munitions to get that killing power. So, what's the DPS for commandos now? Still 126? In: COH2 Balance

Ignoring camo, being "caught" by obers means being anywhere within a 40 yard radius of them, while being "caught" by commando / thompson paras/rangers / shock troops is a 2-3 yard radius. While ignoring your gross exaggeration that commandos can wipe in 2 secs nowadays, how do you explain the discrepancy between an 80 yd field of death vs. a 4 yard field of death? Thread: Firestorm doctrine : the stuka offmap1 Nov 2015, 15:19 PM I tested the strike against AI in and outside their base and for 200 munitions the ability really does reliably wreck everything in 75-80% of the target indicator. Complete squad wipes and light vehicle kills, very consistent. Reminds me of US 155mm arty. I feel there is no reason to change it except for making it unable to be used in base sectors.
