It's pretty much just that and maybe healing an AT gun that you're really afraid you're going to need soon 'cause those things have to walk all the back to the base med bunker. Jump back to quoted post16 Dec 2015, 20:53 PMImagelessbean The difference with Brit heal is quite large, it heals in a radius (so you can get multiple units healed simultaneously), it requires no cost after the initial investment. It is micro light, a single click gets it done. And it comes on multiple squads making full health healing easy. The only real similarity is that they are both carried by infantry units. Ambulance heal also always healed in a radius, but microing the (finicky) medics that'd you have bail out of the Ambulance when the latter is cooling down and getting them back in when Ambulance healing is up again was way more dicks than like, getting two medic ISes at most and having to click just one of them. Smoke would be interesting, I guess it would be ok to try it out on these guys, although they are already fairly lethal at vet 2. Think I'd prefer it at vet 1, thinking about it. And if you don't want that much healing, one can easily do the job fine (which you will start the game with), because AoE. UKF Medic upgrade makes Wehrmacht infantry seethe with jealousy. It only reduces individual suppression. Individual suppression as in 1 squad charging an MG. AoE suppression as in suppressing a whole group and the AoE goes far and wide. It will even suppress squads out of arc. Probably, since cover doesn't help against AoE suppression either. In: COH2 Balance

Sturmpioneer STG-44s are not assault rifles, they are closer to smgs like the Thompson in terms of weapon profile. They really should change that again... In: COH2 Balance

I think a small DPS increase at mid-range or moving some of their vet bonuses from 2 & 3 to 1 would make them entirely perfect. I'd regard any problems relating with them after that would be more based on other units.
