Thread: Ressources management in COH226 Jan 2016, 15:37 PM Jump back to quoted post26 Jan 2016, 15:29 PMKozokus I got some of my answers from watching replays : Ressources generation is base 300 minus one and half times the popcap Equation : Income = 300-(1.5*popcap) So if you have 2 grenadiers and 1 engineer(6+6+7 popcap) you ll get 272 (271.5 rounded up) ressources by minute. Kozo. Yeah, that's probably right since I definitely recall MP generation going to a bit over 150 when pop cap approaches full. In: COH2 Gameplay

I can agree with this as a bare minimum. I'm fine with the thing being squishy, but its DPS against infantry quickly becomes terrible even if it survives and then it's mostly a moving telescope that can shoot at planes. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Ressources management in COH226 Jan 2016, 14:45 PM Jump back to quoted post26 Jan 2016, 14:41 PMNuclear Arbitor off the top of my head. starting resources is about 500 minus the starting unit for all factions. pretty sure OKW got a bit of a buff in that regard in a recent patch though. it's the same for all factions and i think it's 250 or 300 mp. start a new game and check. Didn't Ostheer get one when they changed up their manpower costs for teching? In: COH2 Gameplay

I'm actually not sure if I can refute that point since all factions used to start with the same amount of manpower with their starting unit subtracted but then they changed Wehrmacht's and I think they aren't all anymore. And I'm hardly an excellent authority, but I'm still pretty sure SPs' early-game is fine. Relic already buffed their survivability at the cost of DPS to reduce when they really were a tad cheesy. Also, the Universal Carrier needs a buff of some sort. Pretty much all of these (PaK leaves the M3A1 and UC with 40 health left). In: COH2 Balance

I'd be pretty sure not as well too. Just go with what I said, add the veterancy gain for reinforcing HTs from nearby units, drop the veterancy gain when they're upgraded with a weapon, add more DPS boosts to HT vet. Reinforcing HTs can then get vet 3 (and a DPS boost that no one will care about because they don't do much damage without upgrading), weapon platform HTs get a significant DPS boost from vetting.
