Volks have two problems. One, the Panzershreck provides OKW with crutch AT that allows them to fend off vehicles at extremely low cost (don't have to spend manpower or fuel on specialized AT weapons). Two, the Panzershreck gives way too much veterancy.
Honestly, I've supported removing the Panzershreck from Volks for ages, but I'm concerned the faction will be very weak without it. Removing Panzershreck makes the faction more-or-less reliant on the Raketenwerfer and Puma for early and mid-game AT, and I'm not sure that's enough. |
Kubel should cost 5 fuel imo. Personally I don't think it ever should have been given the ability to cap points, but that's not likely to change.
222 is kinda fine right now but I'd prefer it if the autocannon were an upgrade (45-60 munitions) and actually did something against infantry (thinking copy-paste the Luchs autocannon stats). Armour could maybe go to 11. Vehicle cost should then be around 40 or 50 fuel.
Bren Vickers K upgrade needs to be much better. Wasp is mostly fine considering the fact that the UC is going to be a glass-cannon no matter what happens.
Would like to see infantry be able to shoot out of the UC.
Dodge is fine. It's kind of a troll unit imo but it can be really effective in the right hands.

Jagers are stronger than Panzerfusiliers with veterancy and have more abilities. Both units are pretty decent mind you.
Not a huge fan of Fallschirmjagers as I find they bleed manpower a lot. |
Top-secret counter-simcity strategy for (primarily) 1v1s: don't actually fight the sim-city. Build a tank blob and attack the (rather squishy) British base. Win. |
What's the best strategy for fighting lots of Cromwells? Find they arrive quite quickly and tend to get numerous rather fast. |
I think OKW has two real problems:
- Flawed tech structure with only two (or three, if you include the HQ) tiers
- Shrecks

Axis infantry are basically fine but the 1919 Rifle blob is probably too strong, especially when they're backed by the Major and the Ambulance. The shortened retreat distance and the best healing in the game helps a lot. |
Relic removing the ability for the Calliope to decrew is basically them admitting that the entire mechanic is fundamentally broken. What happened to pop-cap circumvention being intentional?
No significant changes to OKW either, despite the faction's clear overreliance on the Panzershreck.
