I have to say the IS2 is better than the Tiger, because the IS2 has a higher field presence, more shots deflect, it can stay longer in combat, it needs more resources to counter and when it hits infantry, it hits them usually hard, thanks to 4 men squads.
I don't say nerf the IS2, I rather think adjust the Tiger so it's on par with the IS2, by the impact it has on the game.
Or make it cheaper, if that is out of question.

COH1 had better audio, especially German. I really really like the fact that enemy units would speak in their native tongues during engagements, something COH2 lacks.
You can't hear soviets and germans speaking in coh2 because their chatter got removed, that's why

But you did say that the Red Army didn't ally with partisans only to kill them afterwards, and that kind of was the case at times - like after liberation of Lwow. But of course, AK soldiers weren't killed only sent to gulags, but it's not really that much better fate for them.
Yeah, at first I generalised and then responded with link to Gwardia Krajowa because they were actually killing Armia Krajowa, it was a response to Mr. Someguy the initial point of what Soviets did stays and this is probably not very related to coh2 voicelines, so

Except Polish partisans in CoH2 campaign are from Armia Krajowa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Home_Army) not Gwardia Ludowa.
And AK soldiers were killed and repressed by the Soviets, even long after the war - that part CoH2 got right at least.

This is not a rare tactic. In fact, it's a popular one. The reason many of people are not taking your post seriously is because they see similar strategies very often, as allies have not as many different ways to defeat its opponents as axis. |

They effectively forced every single vehicle to keep away from cons and grens.
What role would they fill at all if not reliably setting off the engine?
Countering light, and, desperately, medium vehicles. As intended.
