Looks like it can be dropped in war spoils, but I am unsure about that. Unfortunately, I've never seen it used, because the only game with an opponent who had it ended way too fast. In: Lobby

Stalingrad mission had shocks in T1 and Zis in T3, and that monster vet 3 flamer ht is still there. I've been thinking about better doctrine system, and this one looks good at least. That is a bad idea choosing a guards bulletin if there are shock troops in other doctrine (or any other call-in that is not an integral part of one's build). Hi btw In: COH2 Gameplay
