Adding in lots of ... ... ... doesn't change that fact. Any projectile weapon can be used as an arty piece. The question is if it's gun elevation allows for it. Ostwind could be, the 88 Flak could be. A lot of guns can be used as arty pieces, this includes small arms like the Garand. In: COH2 Balance

Given that the PIV was considered to be underarmoured for almost the entire war and suffered grievous mechanical problems from the weight of it's inadequate armour the in game PIV is one of the strangest beasts, in terms of all round ability, I've encountered. No idea if it's op but it's not cool when there's simply two rockets of doom flying from the fog of war killing your 200 fuel vehicle in one go. In: COH2 Balance

Things that wipe tech structures quickly have proven to be a shitty thing because tech structures are usually tough to kill and anything that can kill a tech structure will also kill most other things.
