Zeroing dont auto aim on units, zeroing has friendly fire, zeroing takes like 5+ seconds charning up before it actually start being devastating.
Zeroing is just another artillery ability, which works like any other artillery based ability except it needs constant vision.
Abilities are closest to overwatch - all plane based abilities, but unlike auto-aiming planes AT overwatch cant be countered by AA and it cant be doudged.
Zeroing does all of those things. And if you watch the posted videos from click to first shot on the ground is about 5 seconds for AT overwatch. So again, AT overwatch has the same counters, back out of the circle. If someone has hit you well with this ability it was as well planned as most zeroing strikes are as you need to maintain vision and keep the units in the circle. With ram no longer causing immobilizations that's not the easy task some here are claiming it is. That and its been shown that the more tanks in the circle the LESS effect the ability has. This ability has zero guarantee of working so I don't see how that can be an auto OP label. |

What makes you think that the Alpha's playerbase is necessarily representative of the number of launch players, either?
Alpha testers are mainly to test stability, spot bugs and build hype. Our numbers may not match the people interested in purchasing the game you are spot on which is why again I tell you that ~60 people who currently show they don’t want it shouldn’t change creative direction. |
We might aswell deactivate the ability to make polls then since every poll is going to have that problem in the first place.
92 people is far from an irrelevant sample size considering those are likely to be part of the active community.
That’s what I’m trying to tell you, this little thread represents so little of the average launch number of players that it doesn’t really constitute an opinion worthy of changing the game. If relic themselves poll the alpha then great but the 60-40 and at times close to 50-50 split this poll has seen shouldn’t influence their current creative plans. |

I'm sorry but the German factions in the COH series have benefited from wacky, hardly, if ever used successfully units/weapons that when this came up as an issue I was a bit surprised.
Vampire halftracks didn't disrupt the allied supply train
the Luftwaffe did not drop fuel to the screwed Falaise pocket
SturmTigers didn't destroy swaths of allied vehicles
German infantry didn't make use of infrared searchlights
But now that an allied unit might make that stretch WOAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!! ALLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRM! comical.
The Devs are doing what they did to fill out all the factions from COH1 and COH@, putting in those Wacky, if ever used successfully units/weapons for fun, as this is a game not history lesson. |

The exact reason the debuff while cloaked was implemented was to discourage repositioning while cloaked. I do agree that rotation should perhaps not be as heavily affected. |
